• Payment Information: payment status, transaction details, receipts, and invoice records. Card details are processed securely by Stripe and are not stored directly by Fast Parking RHO.
• Device Information: device type, operating system, unique identifiers, and push notification tokens used for service notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and manage valet parking services.
• Process bookings, vehicle pickup, vehicle return, and customer support requests.
• Communicate with you about your bookings.

• Process payments securely through Stripe.
• Issue official receipts or invoices through approved invoicing and tax reporting providers, including Elorus and myDATA-related services where applicable.

• Elorus and myDATA-related services for receipts, invoices, and tax compliance where applicable.
• Google and Facebook sign-in services if users choose those login options.

6. Location Data

We collect location data to provide pickup and drop-off services, route navigation, and valet service operations. You can disable location services in your device settings, but this may limit service functionality.

7. Tracking and Advertising

Fast Parking RHO does not use collected personal data for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
